M.T.O. Los Angeles received special recognition in September 2024, honoring Professor Nader Angha’s birthday and decades of community service. M.T.O. was presented with a U.S. Flag flown over the Capitol and six recognition certificates for the dedication of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi®️ Square. Officials included U.S. Congressman Tony Cárdenas , State Assemblymember Asm. Jesse Gabriel , LA Mayor Karen Bass , LA County Supervisor Lindsey P Horvath , and Public Works Commissioner L.A City Public Works. M.T.O. LA expresses gratitude to CD4 Councilmember Nithya Raman , CD3 Bob Blumenfield, Deputy Mayor Jared Rivera, and LAPD officials.
