Tamarkoz- Autumn Podcast

Welcome to this TamarKoz exercise, crafted especially for you to embrace a moment of serenity and relaxation.

Begin by finding a comfortable place to sit or stand where you feel fully supported and at ease. Straighten your back gently, and if it feels comfortable, close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose, allowing the fresh and crisp air to fill your lungs. Hold this breath for a moment, feeling your chest expand, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension that may be lingering.

Continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically, allowing your body to settle more fully into the present moment. Keep your eyes gently closed and bring your attention inward.

Imagine yourself in a quiet autumn garden. Before your inner eye, see the warm colors of the season: golden leaves, deep reds, soft browns, and the gentle light of autumn surrounding you. Feel the crispness of the air in your imagination, carrying the subtle fragrance of fallen leaves and earth after rain.

There is no need to move. Simply remain where you are, grounded and supported, allowing the image of the garden to unfold within you. Notice the stillness of this inner space. Listen inwardly. If you hear sounds from the room around you, allow them to pass gently, without holding on to them.

With each breath, let the quiet of the garden nourish your mind, body, and soul. Continue to rest in this state of relaxation and presence, allowing the peace of this inner landscape to support you.

As the practice comes to a close, slowly bring your awareness back to your breath, your body, and the ground beneath your feet. When you are ready, gently open your eyes, carrying this sense of calm and presence with you into the exhibition space.
