On the 29th of October, ahead of COP26, MTO Sustainability London attended Tate Modern Latest Power to Change event. MTO Sustainability first attended an environmental activism talk with Global Communications Director of Change.org Kajal Odedra, organiser and educator Guppi Bola and Fatima Ibrahim, climate activist and social justice campaigner. The second talk was about Beuys, Acorns, and the Climate Emergency, joined by artist Ackroyd & Harvey, author and activist Ben Okri and musician Fay Milton. They discussed the planting of 100 oak trees outside of Tate Modern and the role of art, culture, and activism around climate emergency.
