Welcome

MTO Shahmaghsoudi is committed to the future sustainability and prosperity of our planet.

Our commitment is demonstrated in the design, construction and operation of our buildings; the maintenance of green spaces; as well as our partnerships with local environmentally-minded charities and organizations.

Our sustainability goals

Green Spaces

Green buildings are the foundation to helping people, the communities and cities they reside in, to safely, healthily and sustainably thrive. MTO is working to make sure that we as a society are moving in the right direction.

Zero Waste

Committed to reducing our waste, including food waste and general waste, we continued to roll out our food waste reduction, plastic recycling programs and refusing to purchase items with lots of packaging.

Clean Energy

Helping us move us away from an economy that is reliant on fossil fuels and that is creating drastic changes to our climate. MTO has invested in clean and more efficient sources of energy, including solar and wind.

Water use intensity

We’re accelerating our innovation to meet the needs of people in water-scarce regions, while continue to reduce water use in agriculture. We are focused on areas where we can have the biggest positive impact.

Responsible Sourcing

We’re working with local farmers to drive up social and environmental standards in our supply of agricultural materials. We’re committed to sourcing our agricultural raw materials sustainably.

Community Partnership

MTO has taken seriously this call for collaboration through partnerships with local communities, organizations, and charities aimed at supporting community wellbeing and environmental solutions.
