Hierbei k\u00fcmmert sich jeder MTO-Pate um ein oder zwei Kinder und arbeitet mit diesen \u00fcber das gesamte Schuljahr hinweg an den Lesef\u00e4higkeiten &#8211; mit dem Ziel konkreter Fortschritte beim Lesen zu erreichen. Eine MTO Sufi-Sch\u00fclerin erz\u00e4hlt:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;In diesem Zeitraum haben wir viele spannende Geschichten gelesen und \u00a0auch viel von dem Schulalltag der Kinder erz\u00e4hlt bekommen.
