Der Tag des Christlich-Islamischen Dialogs im Mai 2014 hat den gro\u00dfen Bedarf eines interreligi\u00f6sen Dialogs gezeigt und Fr\u00fcchte getragen. Das Erzbistum K\u00f6ln lud gemeinsam mit dem Erzbistum Paderborn, den Bist\u00fcmern Aachen, Essen und M\u00fcnster die MTO \u00a0Shahmaghsoudi Schule des Islamischen Sufismus zu einer christlich- islamischen Begegnung ein. \u00a0Zahlreiche muslimische und christliche Dialogpartner nahmen an dem friedvollen Austausch teil. Themen wie die Geschichte des Christlich-Islamischen Dialogs in Deutschland, positive Entwicklungen und Verbesserungsbedarf wurden auf Augenh\u00f6he diskutiert und gegenseitiges Verst\u00e4ndnis entgegengebracht. Es wurde deutlich, dass alle Teilnehmer unabh\u00e4ngig von der Religionszugeh\u00f6rigkeit Frieden und ein harmonisches Zusammenleben zum Ziel hatten.
